Carifest 2020 cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic

Hello Masqueraders, Artists, Vendors, Promoters, DJ’s, Spectators and Volunteers. We the Caribbean Community Council of Calgary hope you are all doing well.

As the world seems to be temporarily turned upside down by COVID-19, It’s indeed a time like no other we’ve lived through before. Like you, we are keeping tabs on the updates as best we can, including the restrictions on travel and large gatherings. We are extremely sad to announce the postponement of #Carifest2020. 

Rest assured, we are working towards next year’s celebration and will update you all via our website and social media platforms with more concrete information.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out and we can’t wait to get back into the groove of things! 

In the mean time please #SupportLocal and take care of your selves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
